How We Ship
At Fast Elements we currently are using only UPS as our shipping means, due to their insurance policy and ease of tracking, we feel this gives you the greatest value in shipping.
Orders ship out daily at 4PM EST on Monday through Friday. Orders
placed during the business week will ship within 1-3 business days.
We
will be closed for the following holidays: New Years Day, Independence Day,
Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Day.
We only ship to location within the United States.
Multiple-Items Delivery
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different dates.
When
your order (or part of your order) ships, we will send you an Order
Shipped email, with the estimated delivery date and the delivery
information for every shipped item.
If everything you ordered is
not listed on the Order Shipped email, check the status of the unlisted
items.
Can I Change My Delivery Address?
As
soon as you have submitted your order, the delivery address is
verified. To help prevent fraud, we cannot change your delivery address
after your order has been submitted and verified.
Remember, if
you aren't available to accept delivery on the delivery day, we offer
alternative options.
Can I Change My Delivery Method?
Fast Elements accepts orders promptly, and we are unable to change your delivery method after you have submitted your order.
The carrier can only deliver your order based on the delivery method and address you provided at the time your order was placed.
What Are the Delivery Options?
When
you place your order, you can choose from four delivery options. Each
option differs in cost and in speed of delivery. Here are your options:
UPS Next Day Air — Your order will be delivered on the next business day after shipping.
UPS 2nd Day Air — Your order will be delivered two business days after shipping.
UPS Three Day Select — Your order will be delivered three business days after shipping.
UPS Ground — Your order will be delivered one to seven business days after shipping depending on your location from our warehouse.
